We will discuss how to communicate successfully with parents, teachers and caregivers, ways to adapt your current programming to become more inclusive, and how to train your staff to be competent and confident in meeting the needs of children with disabilities. In addition to reviewing these tips, we will hear some success stories to paint a picture of what inclusive programming for children and their families can look like at your cultural institution.
